I love this product! February 11, 2013
Reviewer: Elizabeth from Illinois USA

Stacker XPLC 3 works for me because of the energy boost it gives. I started out with only 1 per day AFTER breakfast and later moved to 2 per day, 1 after breakfast and 1 after lunch. If I take them any later than that, I can't sleep. They curb my appetite so I don't overeat and the energy boost makes it so easy to exercise. You CANNOT take them on an empty stomach and especially not two at a time!!! FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! It sounds like a lot of the negative side effects people have had are from incorrect usage. I have hypothyroidism and even with my medication, I am ALWAYS tired. . .unless I take these. They are awesome when used properly with a good diet and exercise.

Works Great September 26, 2012
Reviewer: Johnny Lakis from New York

Hi Guys:
I used to use Stacker2 many years ago and I am using it again now. It works great! All of you who are complaining of shaking are not reading the label carefully.

Each Stacker2 pill(or 3 for that matter) has 200 mg of caffeine. That is like 2 cups of coffee in each pill!

The instructions say to take one pill AFTER each meal. So that's like 6 cups of coffee in one day!

Some of you are taking it on an empty stomach (and you should not!).

And some of you are drinking coffee or Coca Cola while you use Stacker(and you should not!).

If you are going to use Stacker, you need to stop ALL other caffeine. And if you know you can only drink 1 cup of coffee a day, don't be taking 3 pills in one day.

If you don't weigh that much, you also should not be doing 3 pills a day.

And remember its caffeine, so don't take it close to bedtime.

Should be illegal July 22, 2012
Reviewer: Jeff stanson from Nevada

All the horrible side affects mentioned in these reviews are currently being expierenced by my girlfriend and I. We're currently on my birthday trip of which is now ruined. Glad to know we're not going to die, but not glad, from what I have read, that we will most likely be unable to sleep tonight. I vote jail time for the maker and seller of this hellish product.

I have lots of drug history i loved to get high not sick so the blessing in this is that i wont ever try this or anything else like it again this shit is not just caff. there
is some nasty chemicals in this and it probally needs to be labeled not for human consumpstion.

Ive used these and other stacker products religiously, I do not have any complaints I work and work out rigorously, if you reading weight your probably thinking fat ass but no, I'm extremely lean, I love te products, only one I ever started to have issues with was when I was up to 6 or more blackjacks a day or over two months. Bad on my behalf I know, but it's been a few years as I'm fine. not everyone will get good results, it does not matter your tolerance to pills and energy boosters and stuff, not everything has the same effects on everyone.

Hornets December 07, 2011
Reviewer: Matt from Lima,Ohio

Hello, i dont know why people think this products is so horrible. I absolutely love it. I take hornets three times a day, i even have to use them to get out of bed in the morning. i have one setting right beside my alarm clock and a stash of them all over my house, and in my locker at work, and in my car, just in case. I use to smoke, so im not worried spending five or six bucks everyday on something. i sleep on average three to four hours a day. i walk across town to the gym and back, and have lost two hundred pounds in six months. I have lost so much weight so fast, that i now have sever varicose veins, and venous insufficiency disease, because my veins never had time to shrink..this is the greatest product ever, and i stand by it fully. i would not be where i am today if i never came across this

BE CAREFUL! October 16, 2011
Reviewer: Anonymous from Anytown, AT 55555

I took a Stacker2 Hornet last night and I thought I might not make it into the morning. About a half hour after I took it I started to feel dizzy when I moved my head, and about an hour after that I couldn't make my hands stop shaking. My heart was beating so fast and loud that I thought it was going to explode. I was up ALL NIGHT and, though I feel better now, I regret taking this supplement. I thought this would give me a boost to stay alert (like a redbull). If you've ever had more than one energy drink and felt twitchy and sick, multiply that by 1000 and add a heartbeat you can hear, thats what this felt like. I am truly happy I'm not in the hospital (or the obituaries) today.

Reviewer: Jessica from Kentucky

I took one stacker 2 yellow hornet this morning with breakfast and I am in total misery now. I'm nausious, vomiting, shaking, tachacardic, disorented, dizzy, having chills, and trouble breathing. I took the pill for a quick energy fix as I have a lot of work to get done today. I am normally very tollerant to caffine. I drink coffee all day long. I haven't taken any energy pills in a few years, but I used to take Mini Thins regularly so I figured that I would be okay taking just one. I will never never never take another one of these things. I literally feel like I'm dieing! I hope I'm not because I can't go to the dr or ER right now so I'm having to ride this out and hope I'll be ok. Please be careful taking these pills. I hope this torture ends soon.

Made me sick October 10, 2011
Reviewer: Lisa from Illinois

I took a Stacker 2 this morning. I have been sick all day. Shaking, jittery, heart rate increased, disoriented, sick to my stomach, dizzy, etc. I am about 25 pounds overweight and was hoping this would help me shed a few pounds. Now, I would rather be overweight than feel this way. I hope I can sleep tonight. This is not good. I would not recommend this product to anyone. They should have a major warning label on this stuff. This could actually land someone in the hospital if not taken carefully.

so i started taking stacker 2 like a month ago. i have lost about 25 pounds. i think this is a great product but people remember this: eat five meals a day and exercise. do not keep your self hungry. if you are taking this product the key is eat five small meals and 30 or 45 mins workout.

2nd day - shaked a little bit, sad stomach

I tried different fat burning pills and they had much more bad side effects than Stacker. I think they are helping me to loose weight as i lost 2kg in 4days ( following a good diet and exercise as well)

Not sure? July 04, 2011
Reviewer: BCH from NC

Hey guys, I don't know if anybody will read this message, but I am 18 years old and just took a stacker 2 this morning after eating my breakfast. I am about 30 pounds overweight for my height, and just wanted a little boost since I am trying to lose a little weight before I head off to college in the Fall. I went to the website after taking one to get some information, and of course the website made the product sound so amazing, but now I'm feeling pretty nervous after reading all of the bad reviews. I am really hoping I don't get sick today or start shaking as so many of you did, but I guess I will post back later if anything does happen. I noticed someone who posted said they felt sick for the first few days, but then their body got used to it. After reading all of this, I think I know what the *smart/safe* thing is to do, and that would be to just throw them in the trash, especially since they are not approved by the FDA... but I have to admit, I really would like to see some quicker results. I guess I'll just see how it goes.

A complete mistake. March 12, 2011
Reviewer: Megan from Betsy Layne, KY USA

I took one of these just to try, because I must admit that I sometimes take speeders to enhance my work performance. I thought this would be a cheap and safe way to get the same result, being that it was an energy pill sold at most gas stations.
However, about two hours after I took just one, my body began to shake uncontrollably. By that I mean that I might as well been having seizures. All the while I experienced intense cold chills, and my heart was beating louder and faster than it ever has. Not to mention the supreme effort I was putting in to not vomit.
I became very afraid, and had to convince everyone around me that I was alright. It has been about nine hours since I took it, and I haven't been able to fall asleep all night. The trembling and heart thudding has ceased, but I still feel slightly nauseous, as well as anxious.
In all honesty, I feared for my life for a few hours. A friend took it with me and she experienced the same affects as me.
I am not normally sensitive to any sort of medication whatsoever, and no sort of stimulant has ever given me negative symptoms. Each individual reacts to the things that they ingest differently, and I know that this pill might work for some. But I genuinely recommend that unless you absolutely NEED some sort of boost and think that without a doubt it won't harm you, it should not be taken. Way too dangerous in my opinion.
For the two hours of actual energy that I got out of it, I was mostly twitchy, for a lack of better words. Very hyper and unfocussed. So please, if you are out there and are considering taking this supplement, consider another option that is safer. And if you do take one, I urge you to not take more than one. Without being one bit overdramatic, I am certain that for me, taking two would have done me in. I already thought the one was going to do it.
Just be careful, guys. Not everything sold to the general public is 100% safe.

Terrible!!! February 17, 2011
Reviewer: Nikki from Jacksonville,Fl

I took a Stacker 3 this morning hoping for an energy boost, instead I spent the entire day throwing up. I was freezing and hot at the same time, shaking uncontrolably (seizing is more like it) had massive chills, and sweaty hands and feet. I could literally hear my heart beating and I thought I was going to have a heart attack or a stroke at 24 years old. I would NEVER recommend these pills to anyone. It is now 11 hours later and I still feel like crap. Not worth it!

Horrible!! December 28, 2010
Reviewer: DW from USA

I took one Yellow Hornet before I got on the road for a 6 hour road trip. One hour in to the trip, my heart started racing, I started shaking, sweating, chills, and then sick to my stomach. I made it but have never felt so bad. I started throwing up and felt bad for 24 hours. Unfortunately, my daughter found my blister pack and took one with the same results but worse. She threw up for 24 hours and became dehydrated. This is a terrible product; would not wish this on my worst enemy.

stackers three with chotisan is just amazing. it maintains my metabolism under consistent rates. it provides phenomenol productive energy. i take two a day with a 6 hour period inbetween after two decent meals...sometimes three for later school or work hours.. lots of water. integrate balance of exercise with the stackers.. the energy though is just surreal, FIRST TIME USERS, take one every other day man.. dont take two the first day.. build your bodys tolerance ... i have never had any concerning side effects.. just successful outcomes. im 5'4'' weighed 150 ...now weigh a healthy productive 105. and its from the energy utilized for consistent hardcore exercise every day.

Terrible, terrible stuff. December 11, 2010
Reviewer: Edward from West London, Great Britain.

Male.
21 years old.
172 lbs.
5'11".
12% BF.
No history of heart conditions.
Normal-High tolerance to caffeine.

I took stacker 2 for the second time today.

The first time I took this product I was on my way to the gym. I had heard that it gives you an extreme energy boost and that it's the best fat burning product available. I'm currently trying to get down to 8% body fat and pack on lean mass. These pills were recommended to me by my supplement supplier and seemed just the thing to help me in reaching my goals. However, I was told to only use One a day.

I do resistance training 5 times a week for an hour, so I was hoping that the increased energy levels would give me a boost while lifting, thereby helping me to lift heavier.

One hour later I was standing in the changing room at the gym, just before my workout. Out of nowhere, my heart started beating so fast and loud that I could hear it. While this was mildly distressing, I thought hell, it seems to be working. So I hit the bench.

Every repetition felt as though I was literally on the verge of having a stroke or passing out. Under the weight, I felt as though I could feel the blood being pumped through every artery throughout my body. I stopped training after 20 minutes. To give you some perspective, I never cut my workout short for any reason at all. That day, however, I decided to call it quits. I then went and sat in the changing room for about 40 minutes feeling absolutely awful.

I somehow felt hot and cold, not unlike having a severe fever. My palms were sweaty, I was light-headed, nautious, paranoid. I literally forced myself to drink some water which didn't help at all. This feeling seemed to subside after approximately two and a half hours but my heart kept beating quickly for another 5 hours. After that, I experienced a very dull pain in my chest, where I'm guessing my heart is.

I immediately went to the shop where I had got them, I was absolutely furious. I was ensured that this is normal for a first time user. So I used another pill today. This time I was just sitting at home, doing nothing.

I experienced the same side effects again.

I would not recommend these pills to Anyone. Try Hydorxicut Advance. That stuff is much, much better and I lost 4kg with one bottle of 90 tablets. I'll be continuing to use Stacker, but from now on I shall be using half a capsule. If I die, it was lovely to have informed you all of this product's dangers.

works for me October 31, 2010
Reviewer: Brandi from NC USA

I am taking stacker 3 xplc. I have never been this big before and it is hard to get up and exercise. I am B-12 deficient. Which makes my energy levels plummet! I've been taking it for a week now. I only take 1 or 2 a day.. I have lost 1 pants size and have the energy to get up and exercise and clean house!!! Before I just couldn't get up! I haven't had to take my b-12 shot so far. I also walk to Leslie Sansone, walk at home dvds.. I am 230lbs 5'4". If you are already slim, don't take this product. Will make you feel sick. Please take as directed after a meal.. No sense getting on here and running this product in the ground when you're not taking it correctly in the first place.. Good Luck all dieters out there!!

Reviewer: Amanda from Memphis, TN, USA

Recently, I started using Stacker 3s. I love them. My friend told me about how he reacted to taking them, and I was curious to how I would react so I took one. I instantly fell in love with them. They gave me so much energy and made me so sociable. I've been taking them for the past week, but not consecutively because I have heard how they are bad for your heart. Im not taking them to lose weight, but if I do lose any weight from them, it will be nice. I havent had any negative side effects from using them yet. I just hope none appear.

I lost 10 pounds a month of these so a total of 50 lbs.I have been taking stackers for the last 2 years. I got them because my ex-boyfriend was a athlehete and him and his friends to take them. Well when i wanted to lose weight 2 years ago, and wanted to stop drinking high calorie coffees. but i still needed energy. so I went to GNC store in Rite Aid and bought them. Stacker 3's with chitosan. I loved them and I lost 50 pounds from them! -I cut out alcohol, fast food and pop. drank only water and one red bull a day. Anyways, I recenlty quit taking them, I only gained 5-7lbs(due to my laziness) and now i started taking them again. only i find it hard, so I have been poring half the contents out and maybe... eating the other half later. until I build up the tolerance again. Good luck!!
Tips*
Drink lots of water
Exercise(i did a hour a day)
don't take them later than 3 or 4 pm
take half of capsule for about a week and go to whole capsule. your desicion. Good Luck!!

Pianos Review August 08, 2010
Reviewer: Iampiano from OH, USA

I've been taking Stacker 2/3 for about two weeks, and let me tell you, its not worth it.

Have you seen the movie "Requiem for a Dream"? Thats how I felt at the end of my two weeks, angry and crazy.

If you want to lose weigh, don't be lazy, just use mind over mater and eat right (And by eat right, I don't mean starve yourself, Just eat three meals a day with less portions) and run/jog for about 20 minutes a day. You'll lose weight a little slower, but your mind, body, and spirit will thank you for it.

The Black Stackers Pills! August 04, 2010
Reviewer: Kelsie from San Antonio, TX USA

I've been taking Stackers for about a year now on and off. I take it every day, except Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (because there's only 4 to a package). I weigh about 126 and I'm 5'1". I don't take them to lose weight usually. I take them for the burst of energy I get. I like to open it and pour out half, since I'm on the smaller side the whole thing gets me shaky, sweaty, cold and hot flashes, upsets my stomach, and makes it feel like the pill is stuck in my throat. Unfortunately, I do get diarrhea in the morning. I definitely recommend eating BEFORE taking it. If not, it's all downhill. Definite nausea!!

Other than that, it works just fine. Yes, I have lost weight, without even trying! If you're the adrenaline junkie, it's great for you. Or if you're the one who wants to lose weight, without exercising, it works well for that too!

I tried stacker 3's last night. Not a good idea at all. I'm 26 years old, 5'3 and 107 lbs. I did not try them to lose weight. I'm on third shift temporarily and they were recommended by a friend. I took two, with PLENTY of food, and I still got very bad diarrhea, peed like a racehorse, and thirty minutes before my shift was up I got EXTREMELY light headed (I nearly fainted)got the sweats, and I nearly threw up when I got home. I went to bed at 09:00 after tossing and turning for a hour, only to wake up at 1:00 p.m still shaking, still sweating. I would rather fall asleep at work than ever do that to myself again. For a moment I thought I was dying, all in the name of staying awake. I'm thankful I survived and once again, I must reiterate, I will never, ever do that again.

Reviewer: Coldissickofman from PA

About a year ago I tried taking Stacker 2. Roughly 2 or 3 weeks into it, I started getting some pretty heavy anger issues. I'm a pretty relaxed person and it takes a lot to get me angry; taking those made me snap at every little thing.

Stacker 3 for some reason isn't as bad. I'm way more hyper but not as easily triggered. It works, don't get me wrong. If you're experiencing some unpresidented anger, chances are that these pills are what's doing it.

SIDE EFFECTS!!! July 17, 2009
Reviewer: Crummy tummy ~katie~ from Da party capital baby! New Orleans, LA, USA

The Stacker 2 & 3 are great ways to lose weight and curb your appetite!

!!!!!IMPORTANT INFO: STACKER 2!!!!!
On the packages for the Stacker 2's the following sideffects are not listed: nausea & diharrea. These 2 sideffects are common. If you feel like you have an upset stomach after consumption and/or nausea DO NOT CONTINUE USE. Vomiting may occur. If nautius while on an empty stomach make sure to consume plently of water before you get sick. Yes, im saying that while you are feeling nauseated you need drink something. You'll hate it but after you get sick you will understand. My personal experience with burning stomach acid was extremely painful. I had been taking the Stackers for about a week untill I had realized that they were the cause.

!!!!!!IMPORTANT INFO: STACKER 3!!!!!
The Stacker 3's contain Chitosan which is shellfish. Anyone with an allergy to shellfish needs to make sure they take the Stacker 2's and NOT the 3's. This IS listed on the package.

I'm not really considered "overweight" but i've definitely gained my fair-share since high school graduation. i've been given meal plan to lose weight and its worked a little. so i started taking stacker 2's twice a day. i use to feel sick but now my body has gotten use to them. there has been some progress, more-so in physical appearance rather than my number weight. i'm hoping they continue to work, but i'm satisfied so far!

Stackers April 10, 2009
Reviewer: Kmg from usa

Hey there everyone thinking about trying stackers 2 I have had a very long on going battle with my weight, and have tried just about every diet there possibly could be. My oldest sister tried stakers 2 and lost weight doing it, but she also suffered a mild heart attack taking these pills. These pills are not for everyone, but I started taking them about a month ago and I take two a day, My cons/side affects so far have been, sickness, weakness, felt like my head was very heavy, and unwilling to do much of anything. My pros to this is I have been able to loose some much needed poundage, and have been able to go to a store and buy only the things on the list now because I do not feel so hungry that I have to buy out the full store, I Recommend being carefull taking them, I Weighed in at 279.00lbs a month ago. and I am only 5'5, I am now weighing in at 253.5lbs i know its not alot but so far i think the have helped. i wish there were no side affects though. i guess with every great thing though there is a bad.

nauseous April 07, 2009
Reviewer: Savannah from Myrtle Beach, SC

I've been taking these pills for about a week now, somedays I will eat, take a pill, and be fine, but other days, I will eat, take a pill, and have diarrhea and feeling nauseous. I'm not a fan of feeling nauseous and definitely HATE vomiting. I wasn't sure if it was the food I was eating that was making me sick, but doing some research, and reading about it, feeling nauseous is a very large side effect. Feeling nauseous most of the time is never worth any pill! Gross! At least I tried!

Good, but expect side effects! March 25, 2009
Reviewer: Anonymous from Anytown, AT 55555

I've used Stacker 3 on and off. It really does supress your appetite, but the side effects are correct. You're often sick to your stomach, dizzy, and feel light headed. You also get the shakes sometimes. It does subside after a few days of taking it. It might not be the healthiest way to lose weight, but they definitely work!

stackah 3! March 24, 2009
Reviewer: Julia from Massachusetts!

alright so if you take these with not much on your stomach, you pretty much feel as though you're going to pass out and your heart is going to stop..don't ever take a shower at the same time. If you take two a day, i think that's best. They work really well, sometimes makes me moody and weak feeling but you can really feel it eating through whatever you just ate and it's a satisfying feeling. they suppress your appetite a lot. i seriously think these things are addictive.

I'M LOVING IT !!!! March 23, 2009
Reviewer: Penny from ARKANSAS - USA BABY !!!!!!

Hi All, I am 39 years old, 5'6 and weigh 146lbs. I just started taking Stacker3 Xplc and I love them. About an hour after I take ONE (1), NOT TWO (2) at time, I do get a little light headed and jittery, however, that's when I realize that the energy has kicked in and I need to start burning it off!!! I love this stuff. I have power washed my entire driveway and side walk, cleaned every room in my 2 story home and I have done alot of outside yard work. I use to sit around without the motivation or energy to do anything, but taking stacker3 has really been a big improvement to my life. So far, I haven't had any problems sleeping at night, I start getting sleepy around the same time that I am use to. I haven't lost much weight yet however, I have only been taking it for 5 days, so wish me luck my fellow dieters!! But even if I don't lose alot of weight, I am loving the energy that it has given me, (and so does my husband!) I would recommend Stacker3 to anyone who needs energy and wants to loose weight but only if they have enough sense to read and follow drections. It isn't the product that is a hazard to your health, it's the inability to follow directions that can be harmful.

I'm doing the 3 a day and only had a headache once durring 1st week. As for sleeping I actually fell asleep twice watching movies on the couch and went to bed early twice! I'm 235lbs and 6' tall so maybe the lightweights shouldn't take this if their body is already too small for the dose. If you jitter, get dizzy and headaches don't take 3 pills go with 1 or 2. If you don't lose weight up it back simple as that.

Works February 25, 2009
Reviewer: Seth from Milwaukee, WI

Here's my story. I am 5'9" and 175lbs. I go to the local gym as often as I can. However, with me working third shift at the hospital and going to school for my RN degree full time, I am lucky if I can make it to the gym once a week. I have good muscle tone, just needed something to kick off my stomach fat loss. This did the trick. Unlike the others on here that say "I almost died thanks to Stacker" read their review. One guy even said "I took 2 right after a meal and ended up in the ER". The box even states take 1 (ONE) at a time. No more than 3 a day. This guy must have the mind of an infant to take 2. I take 1 a day after breakfast (a big one) and hit the gym an hour later. Really gives me energy. Thanks Stacker!!!

the worst way to lose weight January 27, 2009
Reviewer: Health teacher from louisiana

ok well stackers willgive you energy but its very bad for you. you will get sick with headaches and jitters and such if you dont eat before taking. it tells you to on the pack. everyone will have a different side affect bc we all have different bodies. and some can handle sugar and caffine better than others. and yes you do need to excersise. but you see people dont realize this. in order to get energy you have to burn energy. yes i know sometimes its hard to get up and do something. but why dont you try it. like get up and maybe start cleaning. or go outside and start doing something. and i promise a few minutes after that you will not need an energy pill to get energy. you will autmatically start wanting to do something. then you just get yourself in the habbit. at first its hard but gets alot better. there are so many side effect with all diet pills not just this one. and if you lose weight fast then that is not good for you. you need to excercise and go one day at a time. its not healthy to try to lose so much in so little amount of time. it can cause serious health problems. and weight is not what you really need to lose. muscle weighs more than fat. so if you weigh less that could mean that your losing your muscle. you dont want to do that. so thats why i say take your time. you should want to lose inches before weight. its the best thing for you.

Stacker Review January 18, 2009
Reviewer: Chelsea Hoffman from Danville, Pa

I think stacker is one of the best diet pill products. I've tried so many different ones such as lipozene, zanrax and so on... but I found stacker to be the most helpful. Out of stacker products I recommender stacker 3 xplc, this one seems to work the best. It makes you less hungry and more energized. I feel it helps you to be more awake and ready. I lost about 15 pounds so far, I love this product.

There's better options January 05, 2009
Reviewer: Keely from Duluth MN

I have taken Stacker 2 and another product, hydroxycut at some point. But I have never finished a bottle. It's not worth the jitters, headaches and nausea. You know what works? The south beach diet! I am a health fanatic usually, I already eat super healthy but when I want to lose 5-10 lbs (December=x-mas cookies and alcohol) I go into phase one of the south beach diet and drop it in a week, without exercise. However exercise is important with any long term weight loss as well as living a great pain-free life. (I've had arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome since I was 8). You may get energy to expend with a pill but you'll get energy once you drag your butt off the couch and exercise for 5 minutes! Exercise gives you energy! Have a cup of coffee or caffeinated tea if you need a boost. Over my life I have lost a total of 110 lbs. I'm 5'9", 138 lbs. Gained 64lbs with my first pregnancy, lost it, then gained 46lbs with my second, lost all in three months by doing south beach diet and minimal exercise (walk 30-60 min 3-4 days/week). I'm not a gym rat, if I did it anyone can with a healthy diet and minimal exercise. You just have to do it! Good luck!

stacker 2 is not a good choice... January 01, 2009
Reviewer: Mistaken from Louisiana

I would definitely not suggest stacker 2 to anyone. I only took it once a day for about 5 or 6 days, and stopped because I didn't like how it was making me feel. I don't really know why I decided to take it in the first place -- these pills are not prescribed or tested by the american medical association... = bad news. The day after I stopped taking them (after having only about 6 of them), I felt very light headed and exhausted, then for the next week I was nauseated and could not hold anything down. I barely ate or drank anything for a week, and I felt miserable. I felt that bad after only having one a day for 6 days -- so imagine what someone could feel like after having 2-3 a day for an extended period of time! Seriously, find any other way to lose weight. Change your eating habits and increase exercise!

Great Diet Suppliment if handled with Common Sense October 28, 2008
Reviewer: NE from Washington, DC

I have used Stacker 2 in the past. As noted clearly on the bottle, they do have temporary side effects which I experienced in the first couple of days of use. My side effects consisted of a slight increase in heart rate, jittery nerves, and I also noticed that I didn't have much of an appetite. Within a few days of use, I was calm, and my appetite was back, but not as big as it uses to be, before starting the diet supplement. From the time I started, I maintained the recommended dosage of 1 pill along with my meals, only 3 times a day. I started an active lifestyle and walking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. When I started, I weighed about 265lbs and dropped to 175lbs. I do recommend the product, but only to those who can maintain a healthy dosage, dedicate themselves to staying active, and can follow instructions. (You can't take this pill, and expect to sit around all day, that's where the jitters come in. You have to burn it off.) If you are easily affected by antibiotics or are sensitive to the effects of caffeine, I do not recommend this product.

Concerned about the Caffeine? September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Greg from Cincinnati, OH

I've read a lot of comments on the 'massive amounts' of caffeine in this and how dangerous it can be.. This is a very biased fact, and everyone's body reacts differently to caffeine. It is a stimulant, a mild one. According to the manufacturer, one stacker 3 pill contains 250mg of caffeine, and approximately 6mg of caffeine alkaloids (other chemicals that metabolize by cytoenzymes in your body into caffeine).. 250mg sounds like a lot, and if you are not used to it - it can be certainly, especially in a one-shot dose. But fact remains, a Grande' Starbucks 'Breakfast Blend' coffee contains between 412-550mg of caffeine. (standard deviation in beans) so use this information as you see fit.. If you do drink the aformentioned coffee, switch to something 'decaf' and if you decide to continue your coffee regiment, do so at the risk of caffeine.

Caution: Not to be used as an energy pill. September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Jitterbug from Georgia.

White Male, 22, 165 pounds. I work in a warehouse throwing boxes for 8 to 10 hours a night on 3rd shift, I was dragging 1 night and a friend noticed, he offered one of his Stacker 3 pills, around 2:00 a.m. An hour later I was feeling like Superman. Moving more boxes than UPS. I kept a bottle of water on me at all times do to the fact I could not get enough. Every other pallet I would down 8 oz. of water. Sweat was poring out of every place possible, I was still feeling like Superman, then comes break around 3:00am. I could not even sit down. I was shaking severely and my heart rate would not calm. I became light headed and cloudy minded. I felt like this until around 6:00am and then my stomach felt extremely empty. I became intolerably tired and jittery. I got off work around 6:30 and tried going to sleep with no avail. It is now 12:30 and I still feel wired, sick and jittery. I do not recommend. I myself will never take another one.

the instructions are on the box/bottle! September 10, 2008
Reviewer: SM from LA, CA

I used to take Stacker 2, it helped out greatly with my weight loss in the past. i found stacker 3 in the store and thought- ooh, even better. This stuff works. it gives you a lot of energy and curbs your appetite but you have to be CAREFUL with what you put in your body! Read and FOLLOW the instructions. Taking more than one at a time is STUPID, and you have no one to blame but yourself if you end up in the ER. If you're just starting out and not used to caffeine in ridiculously high doses, start with ONE pill after breakfast. (I mean a real breakfast, not half grapefruit). I have abused diet pills in the past and ive learned the hard wy taking 2 at a time, or 6 a day or whatever DOES NOT make it work better. landing yourself in the hospital wont help you get any fitter, neither will getting yourself on suicide watch. If you experience serious side effects, stop taking it! try regular hydroxycut or something tht allows you to take a smller dose (take 1 hydroxy instead of 2or 3).

STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY DO NOT HELP.

Second week on Stacker 3 for the 1st time. Last week I took 3 a day, one after each meal. I was sick for two days, throwing up, diarea and headaches. On Sunday night I couldn't sleep, so I took only one on Monday and have taken only one today. I have a history of depression, they seem to improve my mood, but I am not stupid. If I can't tolerate one a day without side effects such as the ones mentioned above, I will discontinue taking them. I was told about Stacker products by a friend who uses them while lifting weights and trying to lose fat.

so i've been reading through these reviews thinking that most of them don't make a whole lot of sense and ramble...that's pretty much what stacker does to you--or maybe i'm just having trouble reading them. I take 3 most days but maybe i should cut down to two. i'm used to feeling jittery and dizzy because i always overdo it on the caffeine. it does work though--just taking the pill helps me stay on track because i think to myself, why take the pills and eat badly anyway, that's a waste of money.

I get the best work out when I'm using stacker's because it ups your energy when you're trying to diet. However I saw a commercial the other day about pulmonary hypertension from diet pills that freaked me out a little. Sometimes I feel short of breath but that could just be from the increased heart rate? I drink coffee with it too.

Just starting July 31, 2008
Reviewer: Bryan B from San Diego, CA USA

Hi,

I decided to try this again after seeing it at rite aid a few times. I had taken it about 4 years ago and recall that I lost some weight, with virtually little extra effort. I had actually experienced more of a disoriented effect than a speedy one then. The first time I took it this time I had a litte of that followed by some speediness and moodiness (I'm usually pretty laid back and relaxed so not feeling that way was a little bit of a downer (upper ? lol) if you know what I mean . But I made the mistake of drinking a cup of coffee that morning ... oops lol. I took one in the afternoon after eating a nice big carne asada burrito (ie fool stomach) and than I was pretty much fine. Today I took one this morning (no coffee - lesson learned : ) and I was fine. I took another after lunch (pizza) and only experienced mild energy, although playing volleyball in the sun probablly wiped me out. I am quite used to caffeine too though, as I usually have a cup of coffee, monster, and than that diet pepsi with ginseng in the afternoon, oh and the new starbucks shake with matcha green tea for the ride home lol.

So since I have a tolerance for caffeeine as long as I stay away from coffee and such I think I'll be fine.

As for losing weight, its still too soon to tell - but I do exercise ie play sports and surf and such ... but I stil like to eat and drink what I want lol which as I get older (thirties) is not as easy to do and keep your weight constant, but I'm sure gonna give it a try : ) . Actually I'm probablly exercising more now. As far as the appetite suppressant part, maybe, but for my first week I'm experimenting with eating what I want when I want and looking at the results. If I'm not satisfied than I will focus on eating less, but hopefully I won't have to stoop to such drastic measures LOL.

Reviewer: D from NC

Hi...I've taken stacker 3 on and off for a few months now, and find that I'm able to lose weight quick on it.

i recommend you eat before you take this pill and if your new to stacker 3 only take one. i found that when i take it in the afternoon as suggested, I'm not able to sleep at night.

this definitely gives you the energy needed to work out. and i think the jittery feeling comes only after you take the pill and are sitting still. (at least that is my experiance)

do not drink coffee before or after taking stacker3 that will only increase the jittery/sick feeling.

i hope this helps...=)

I weigh 230 lbs. mostly abdominal fat and today was my first day to take a Stacker 3 pill. I've really cut down on the calories. Hardly anymore cokes and no more eating until I'm stuffed. Also, I'm walking about a half mile to 3/4 of a mile everyday now. After I took my first Stacker pill this afternoon I was a bit jittery and had to turn up the a/c in the apartment, but if it can help me get down to about 180 lbs. or so without having to go on a starvation diet for 2 years I'll be able to put up with the jitters for awhile.

i started taking stacker 3 about 5 days ago and I lost 5 lbs already. It really does curve your appetite and give you lots of energy! I love it and seem to have had no side effects. I 've been taking one a day. I walk about an hour every day. It's different for everyone though, my boyfriends been taking it and it hasn't done much for him, except curving his appetite. It's worth a shot though, I've tried hydroxycut, stacker 2's and they never really worked and made me feel sick. So I was suprised when Stacker 3's actually worked and had no bad effects thus far!

i'm 18 years old and i've finished a whole bottle of stacker 3 in the past, been off it for 3 months and i've just tooken 2 more pills last night. ok at first stacker 3 worked perfectly. it took a little getting used to, but the jittery side effects were totally worth the fast weight loss results. i could've eaten whatever i wanted and still kept loosing weight. however, after about 2 weeks, it seemed as if my body had gotten immune to it or something because everything went back to normal.

i don't know whats happening to me BUT i just started stacker 3 again and i'm feeling really jittery, EXTREMELY jittery. i also think its messing with my mind a little. i couldn't sleep the whole night and am feeling very emotional. half the night i acted like a crazy hippie ranting about how good life was and the other half of the night i was crying. i have no clue about whats going on. i just know that this jittery feeling isn;t right. its 7 in the morning and i haven;t slept all night. i'm extremely tired but feel like i need to run a mile or something.

i really don;t think this pill is healthy and its weight loss properties are only temporary

kind of worried February 12, 2008
Reviewer: Mayra from Port St. Lucie, FL USA

I started taking stacker 3 a few days ago. I really like the energy it gives me and how it supresses my appetite, but I was looking up the ingredients and I was reading that kola nut has high amounts of N-nitroso compounds which are carcinogenic. Since these pills are not FDA regulated, I don't know if there is cause to be concerned.

I had bought a 7 day supply to lose some weight and see if it works. I had too much energy all day and I felt moody. When it was time to sleep I still felt jittery and dizzy. Just stopped taking it and threw out the rest of the package.

Legal Speed, Weight loss that counts February 03, 2008
Reviewer: Drew from Athens, Oh

Stacker 3 is insane. I purchased stacker 3 only because I ran out of the VERY MUCH preferred Hydroxycut Hardcore. STICK WITH THE RDA (Recommended daily allowance). I am used to high amounts of caffeine as I have used products like NO Xplode and NOnA Vapor. So, I popped 1 at first. No jitters, good to average energy boost, did indeed lose weight. Popped two, HUGE energy burst, couldn't keep still, worked out for 4 hours straight. Popped 3...Legal Speed. It was actually a very extreme experience. But I have seen results in only a week. Stacker 3 is good, but if you're really serious purchase Hydroxycut Hardcore. You'll thank me.

four stars!! January 16, 2008
Reviewer: Jennifer from Berkeley, CA

I have been taking stacker 3 for about two weeks now. I have dropped 10 pounds (going from 105lbs to 95lbs) and I did not experience any negative effects after the first two days. The first day I took it, I just felt really pumped (a little short of breath, but in a very good way- like being very VERY caffinated). I did have a mild crash at night, but that I am used to dealing with so it was not that bad. I never take the pill after meals (and that may be bad) in fact, most mornings I just pop it in with my multi-vitamin in the morning. I did try taking up to two at a time with no negative effects as well. Although I don't want to recommend it because of the other comments of very bad things happening to people. All I can say is everyone's body is different and be careful and know your limits!! =)

Stacker; handle responsibly. November 24, 2007
Reviewer: A guy. from Detroit, Michigan

On average I've been taking Stacker 2, two pills daily, for over a year and a half and have dropped and kept off over 30 lbs. When the effects plateau I switch to Stacker 3, one pill daily, until my body adjusts to that, and after a couple weeks I can rotate back. However, 8 or so months ago I had what can be considered an "overdose" on Stacker 2. My heart was racing, I could not stay hydrated, I was vomiting and my body would not stop twitching violently. So, my important advice is.. DO NOT USE CAFFEINE WITH THIS PRODUCT OR TAKE MORE THAN 3 PILLS A DAY. Thank you.

Reviewer: BigG from FL

I work inside a warehouse moving boxes for about 4 hours a day, i decided no try stakers 3, at the end of september 07 I started with the recommended dosage, made me feel dizzy for the first week, so I dropped to 1 aday for a week, then increased to 2 aday for the 2nd week, and 3 aday for the 3rd week, at the end of the October I lost 20 lbs. Worth trying if you use it with a workout, dont expect great results if you sit on the couch all day.

Read the Box! October 30, 2007
Reviewer: Adrian from Washington D.C

Stacker is just like other energy/weight loss pills except more potent...you really need to workout or something after you take em. It increases your bodies temperature, as a thermogenic is supposed to, in order to increase your metabolism. Also, read the box!! A co-worker decided to take 3 Stackers at one time and ended up throwing up all day and taking a trip to the emergency room. He also didn't sleep for 2 days. Be CAREFUL!!

Stacker 3 October 27, 2007
Reviewer: Sarah from USA

I recently have lost about 12 pounds....I was 160 last year before summer, then in August i was about 155.

I was keeping my three meals a day at 500 calories or below, and exercising most days during the week, and i dropped about 12 pounds. It seemed so fast but a few weeks ago i hit a terrible plateau at 145.

I had some stacker 3 from a failed dieting attempt last year, and I was so frustrated with my plateau that i started taking ONE pill in the morning AFTER breakfast, with at least one cup of water. I'll go to class and then come home and go to the gym for half an hour. The first day or two i felt sort of warm and like my heart was beating fast (it does speed up your metabolism), but i think thats because all i usually drink is water, nothing with caffiene.

This is my 4th day doing that and i feel very normal, and ive beat my plateau and lost about 3 pounds. I'm really happy, and I feel much better about myself. It makes you in a good mood, and it helps you lose weight, but you have to take it right and combine it with a healthy diet and exercise.

Fat burner... at what cost? October 17, 2007
Reviewer: Erica S. from Augusta, GA USA

I took Stackers 3 with Chitosan for about two weeks, only taking 2 pills per day... one after breakfast and one after lunch. I lost 5 lbs the first week! This weight loss came with some side effects though. The first few days of taking the pills, I felt like I was in a daze...it was really hard to focus. My hands shook, and my heart would race. Also, two days I forgot to take the second pill and the withdraw that my body went into was insane. I had a migraine and extreme nausea all night. It was miserable. Take these only if you want to loose weight at any cost.

Stick to the recommended allowance September 28, 2007
Reviewer: Nathan from Anza, CA USA

I purchased Stacker 3 a couple days ago. The first day was a cake walk. I got them for the energy aspect and popped one around 3 with food. Everything was great. I was alert with no jitters and had a great workout around 5. Slept like a baby around 930. The next day I was going to be up with friends, so I popped 2 at 3pm with food and water. HUGE MISTAKE! On the way home around 430, I almost went off the road twice because I was so dizzy. It was 70 degrees outside and I was sweating like I just went swimming. I started getting really nauseous felt as though I was going to vomit the rest of the night. I laid on my side with a pan next to me before I finally fell asleep. Now it's the next day and my throat is on fire and feels like stomach acid is eating through my throat. I'm going to chill on them today and try them tomorrow. (With ONE after a meal).

I've been taking Stacker 3 for about 3 weeks and have seen my side effects. I feel dizzy and very moody. I also have a sensation in my throat like if I had smoked a pack of cigerattes, it's like when you smoke and inhale the feeling and taste of it and let me tell you I haven't touched one single cigeratte since 2000. Other than that appetite was works great.

Stacker 3 July 09, 2007
Reviewer: Kristen from USA

I starting taking Stacker 3 about 4 weeks before hitting the beach for Spring Break. First off, you can't just take any diet pill and assume the pounds are going to magically melt off. I ate healthy, but a good amount because I would get light-headed after taking the pill if I did not eat the right amount of food. Also, I worked out every day sometimes twice a day. Stackers made my endurance during cardio higher, which allowed me to work out longer. By the time Spring Break cam around I had lost about 10 lbs. I stopped taking them after spring break and I am beginning to take them again now to shed off the summer pounds I have gained since the summer began. All in all the product has helped me to gain weight quicket, just do not rely on only the pill to lose weight. It simply helps you to lose weight you still have to put in some effort!

Panic Attack in a pill! July 06, 2007
Reviewer: GwenRod from San Francisco

Stacker 3 must me taken after eating LARGE amounts of food. I took "one" when I was 220 lbs and I went through hell trying to get it out of my system. I was not in control of my body, and almost felt like I was going to loose my mind. The room was spinning and I felt like I was going to be sick. The effects for me where that it made me crazy. This pill is NOT for the light systems as mine, that I discovered that one day I took that evil purple pill.

As for losing weight, I lost 68 lbs. not in a good way either, in 3 months. I felt I was dying, this pill messed me up big time. People were telling me how great I looked, but it was not worth all the damage it caused me. Yes, this was from ONE pill. If I could take it again and go through all I went through to look better, I wouldn't.

Good Stuff! June 19, 2007
Reviewer: Joey J from Michigan

I purchased Stacker 3 today and took one around 2pm and I must say, I had good results. I did a 1 hour cardio workout around 2:30pm, sweated like never before, and now I feel great. It's around 9pm now and I'm ready to sleep like a baby. I wouldn't recomend taking this product if you weren't going to workout shortly thereafter. Way to much of a "kick" for normal activities (office work, light house chores) and also, I wouldn't take this product within 8 hours of bed time. I usually go to bed around 11pm so no way would I take one after 3pm. I have tried around 5 different fat burners and this one would be the first or second best one yet (extreme ripped fuel is good too).

Whoa. June 12, 2007
Reviewer: KB from PA, USA

Okay, so I took Stacker 3 for less than a day--I consumed exactly two pills, and after doing so was unable to sleep for two nights and was also experiencing very rapid heart-rate and lots of dizziness (it felt like a high). Considering that I'm an active person, this surprised and astonished me greatly. The average heart-rate for someone my age is 72 BPM--after taking Stackers 3 twice, my heartrate after two days was 107 BPM (it felt like I was having a heart-attack). Please be careful when consuming this product!

Caffeine and Dextrose in Stacker3 June 11, 2007
Reviewer: Bob from Fort Worth, TX USA

This product contains a lot of caffeine. In one capsule, it contains as same amount as four shots of espresso. If you are not a heavy coffee drinker, be careful. It will make your heart pump like a broken fire hydrant. (High blood pressure and a lot of stress on your heart.) It also contains dextrose, which is glucose(sugar) produced by your body to give energy to your body. It is carried by the bloodstream. It is produced by your body's protein, fat, and carbohydrate content. That means, if you are eating a lot of food contains carbohydrate (starch), you will not lose any weight. You almost have to go South Beach Diet for this product to work well.

Stacker 3 June 06, 2007
Reviewer: Marsh McInnis, BHS YellowJacket Football , # 60 from Louisiana

I've been an avid taker of Xenadrine and Hydroxycut in the past and thgouht that I would try stacker 3. I love the caffeen rush that one recieves from these pills, and it's a great feeling. Hydroxycut didn't have much effect on me in the respect of weight loss, but xenadrine really helped me drop the few lbs of fat I wanted to get rid of to make my abs more defined.

Stacker 3 was the best ive seen/tried though. I would take it before football workouts at my highschool, and One pill really gave me the energy boost I wanted. With stacker 3, I feel that it really helped me get more reps in, run longer distances, and quickly get me into shape. After taking it for a while, I thought I would double up on the pills which was a major mistake. I don't reccomend anyone trying that. You get very, VERY sick to put it simply.

Overall there were no real side effects other than an intense energy rush. I take it now on a regular basis before workouts and I definitely reccomend it for those who want to lose a few lbs quickly, and keep them off.

Taken right = good results/no bad effects March 28, 2007
Reviewer: Chase from LA, California USA

I've been taking this three times a day AFTER MEALS for the past 3 days. If you take it like your supposed to then there should be no side effects. The only side effects I have had are the ones I like. More energy to get the job done and less appetite. Last night I had at least 6 hours of work to do by this morning. I took a pill after some food at about 9:00pm and it was a miracle. I got everything done fast and without any side effects. Once i was done I had no trouble sleeping. If you are as active or more then I am, you would probably love this. Just take it safly and stop if you get sick.

Stacker 3 March 21, 2007
Reviewer: Crystal from South Carolina

I take Stacker 3's on mornings that I know I have a lot to do because I typically have a low energy level. I've been taking them for about 2months on and off. I lost 8 lbs (I also exercise at least twice a week). Only side effects I experience is the constant need to stay busy and if I try to stay still it feels like my heart is beating fast. I also feel like I get really excited while on stacker 3 but I personally like that side effect. Oh and most people say that it suppresses appeitete but it makes me hungry more often so I just eat things like granola bars and nonfat yogurt before meals. DO NOT TAKE IT AT NIGHT...YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP!

Stacker first time March 14, 2007
Reviewer: Dale from Overseas

So i tryed the new stacker 3 for the first time today at 11am, it did give me energy (though i didnt need it as i spent most the day sitting down, but i didnt feel the need to get up and dance about or anything) my heart beat went mad for about half an hour at 1.30 before slowly slowing down for the rest of the day, didnt feel sick or anything but i was sweating a lot, due to the sweat i woundnt want to take them while im out (which is really the only time i would need extra energy) i guess the idea is that i should work out instead but i was worried that my heat was racing to much as it was (as if youve been running and have just stopped), did find myself snacking at about 5, the side affects were fine really i guess but if ive never going to take them when i need energy i guess there pretty pointless, in my case a waste of money then but its 12midnight now and ive had a meal and feel fine, gave a fair try

I make sure I don't skip breakfast and drink lots of water, and no sodas!!It works good like that for me, come around 10p.m.I am ready for bed!I take the yellow hornets but I don't do it for the weight loss just the energy.

Stacker 2&3 February 20, 2007
Reviewer: Jenny from Virgina, USA

For about 5 years now, I have been on and off with both Stacker 2 and 3, I am ADDICTED to them. I have always been a heavy girl and definitely a lot bigger than most women my age, taller, and so I wanted to take a product that might help me loose the weight. When I first started taking them everything was great, I had lost about 25 lbs and felt amazing!! Since then, my weight has fluctuated, I eat healthy and exercise DAILY....but I still can’t seem to get off these pills. As far as side affects go, my heart races, I sweat all day long, sneezing atleast 3 times per day, I am hardly hungry unless I am off of them and my energy is fantastic, of course until my high goes away. I love this product but recommend to everyone to STOP taking them. They are bad for your body and very addictive. Take it from me, I wish I would have never taken them....my body would be so much healthier because of it.

I tried Stacker3 for the first time today, 2/14/07. Instead of eating all the Valentine's candy I had 3 Stacker3's, one after each meal. I love the energy that it has given me and I wasn't hungry all day. Although, I have felt very sick to my stomach and it is now 12:55a.m. on Thursday morning. Sleep won't come and not only do I feel tired, I am tired! Light headaches, dizzy spells, and blurred vision got me through my day at work. I need to lose 15 pounds before June 2007 for a trip to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I will continue to use this drug with a lot of praying that I do not get sick and/or die from the use of it. Today I was actually able to come home after a 9 hour shift at work and cook and clean my house. That's something I haven't been able to do in a long, long time. I'm a person who doesn't like anything messing with my head. These side effects haven't done that, yet!

Once was enough January 01, 2007
Reviewer: Louise from USA

I tried Stacker 3 for the first time this afternoon... just looking to lose a little stubborn belly fat in time for an upcoming vacation. An hour after taking the pill I started to feel very hyper, almost drunk. It definitely gave me energy- as I decided to run 2 miles, however driving and just doing daily activities like cooking dinner I felt very strange and shaky. I've never tried anything like this before, and actually am quite straight-edged, never doing drugs or even drinking coffee. Maybe some people like the extra energy, but being naturally energetic and active, I really dont like the out-of-body experience and don't think I'm going to take them anymore. My recommendation- keep eating right and exercising and try a product like Hoodia to curb your appetite. While not giving you as big a boost of energy- it will keep you from over-eating and because it's all natural, you can take them with the assurance that you're not going to have any weird side effects. Good luck.

Stop Taking Stackers. Eat Right and Excercise Instead. November 03, 2006
Reviewer: Morgan from NJ

I've taken Stackers during 2 periods in my past. 1 after breakfast, 1 after an early dinner before workouts. Positives: First time I lost 10 pounds in 1 month. The second time I lost 15 pounds in approx 2 months. It curbed my appetite, gave me energy for workouts, I was running 4 miles nonstop instead of my usual 2. Negatives: I swett constantly. It hurt to pee. I had to constantly drink water so i wouldn't be dehydrated. I was constantly twitching. i couldnt sleep. I would wake up with my heart pounding and racing in the middle of the night. I had chest pains, and palpatations. I would crash hard after the caffeine wore off. One day driving home my arms went numb and my heart started pounding hard and slow. I stopped on the highway at a car dealership to call an ambulance. They rushed me to the hospital and told me i was lucky I didnt have a stroke and die. They say they have been trying to get Stackers off the market for years and it has unofficially led to deaths. Dont take them. It may take a little longer, but if you eat right, exercise and show a little will power, you will lose weight.

I was really excited to find this pill to be cheap and helpful in the beginning. It DOES become addictive and it's routine to take the pill after every meal. That was my assumption. Take a Stacker 3 after every meal. So I did. I didn't feel anything, meaning...no side effects...maybe some rapid heartbeat...but that's it. On October 25, 2006, I had taken my second dosage for the day and a couple of hours later, I went to lie down for bed. I felt a burning sensation in my chest and I had to sit up. Every time I went to close my eyes, I would feel the heat and it would take my breath away. I thought it was my mind running crazy. So I went on my couch to try sleeping sitting up. No success. It only got worse. I then started getting the chills like I had a fever or something. I went to the ER shortly after that and had myself checked out.

I will never try anything EVER again that remotely says "Fat Burn" pill.

Only my personal opinion on what has happened.

Excellent to Add to a workout October 30, 2006
Reviewer: Chad from New York

When I used this, at first, didn't make much a difference if you eat/exercise properly. But, towards my goal of weight loss, it helped overcome those brick walls that makes it seem so hard. I do not recommend this as sole-purpose to weight loss, but as an additive to a work-out, and the results are amazing. And, for someone who IS used to MOVING OFF a couch, there are zero-side effects. I can understand if someone went from doing nothing, to taking these, it would SEEM like it causes high heart rates because they aren't used to moving for more then 5 minutes. The only side effect I had, were slight headaches, but I can't really define that as a stacker problem. BTW, this is for stacker 3.

Stacker? October 29, 2006
Reviewer: Erin Sweet from USA

Last night I took the recommended doseage for the Stacker 3 suppliment. One capsule after a meal. It took about 6 hours to kick it, but when I did, I was dizzy and I couldnt remember where I was. I had a headache that Ibuprophen couldn't numb. I had sent my friend a text message that at the time I thought meant perfect sense, but when I looked at it when i sobered up, made no sense. none of the words went together and it made absolutly no sense. I couldn't sleep even though I was extremly tired. I threw up a lot, but what I threw up didn't look like anything I ate anytime that week. I had diarhhea aswell. That was the doseage I was supposed to take. What would of happened if I had just taken one more? Are Stacker products legal speed?

Took it off and stayed off October 10, 2006
Reviewer: Mike from Orange County, CA USA

I tried STacker 3 before sumemr this year. I wanted to lose a few pounds before hittin Vegas so I added these pills to my workout. I half ass watched what I ate, but pretty much ate what I wanted. In about two months I lost about 20 pounds. It is now 5 months since I stopped taking the pills and I am around the same weight. I still work out occasionly but only maybe once a week, if that. I am going back on the pills because I want to lose another 10-15 pounds....time tos tart hitting the gym again too..I highly reccomend thisto people...but if you start to feel sick stop, my g/f tried them and I made her stop after 3 days because she was feeling sick. The purpose of weightloss is your health and if your starting to feel sick from a pill you should try other ways to lose weight.

good stuff October 09, 2006
Reviewer: Mel from CT USA

I buy it because of the cheap price and it seems to work. When i need to lose weight I take one in the morning and 1 at lunch. To keep my weight where I want it, i use it once a day after breakfast. Gives me a lot of energy too... I can get the energy to clean the whole house on these. Don't take it after 2 or 3 though...or you'll be up all night!

I hate the side effects but love the results October 01, 2006
Reviewer: Jerry from Anaheim, CA

I feel awkward to admit this but in a way the Stacker 3 pills are addictivly great. NO, they are not addictive however they do remind me of something that you should probably not take but you love the end result. I stopped taking the pill about 1 year ago since i noticed that i had an increased heart rate and several times i felt dizzy and exhausted. i was in the best shape of my life. When i stopped taking the pills, i noticed a huge in weight. I gained over 40 lbs in just one year. I think alot of has to do with my poor eating habits. I have once again started excersising and taking the stacker 3 pills and within 4 days as of today, i have lost 5 lbs and i haven't even started working out! I'm just so greatful for such an affordable and worthy product. The only downside are the side effects but hey there is a cost to pay for vanity!

WEll I have noticed that i have lost weight rapidly but sometimes I get too scared because of the side effect I've been having. My heart starts beating really fast and I also feel really dizzy. Usually I take these pills during the afternoon while I'm working. I haven't been on these pills for that long so I can't give an overall review about them we'll have to wait and see what happens...

Stacker 3 August 11, 2006
Reviewer: Canadian Guy from Winnipeg Canada

I have taken different burners over the years with no side effects - also very limited results. Animal Cuts worked best so far - I lost 7 lbs in 3 months, now I am trying Stacker 3 for this season. No side effects so far. I'll see how much I weigh in 3 months. I figure I have another 5 lbs to loose before looking cut.

First time trying it, not sure what to think July 17, 2006
Reviewer: Vanessa from Sheboygan, WI US

Im trying them for the first time. i only take 1 a day and havent had trouble sleeping at night. Energy levels are nice, I dont feel shaky, but it makes your heart beat faster than normal. It does supress your appetite, However I am scared that if I take them, for a period of time and lose weight that it will come back as soon as i stop taking them. Otherwise Ive heard people can get addicted pretty easily or feel extremely tired if they dont take them, but I think thats all in your head and you can control it.

Do not take if you are sensetive to most medications!!! July 15, 2006
Reviewer: Terra from Ohio

I have always been able to feel the effects of any medication right away, pain killers usually make me vomit and steriods make me itchy. I am allergic to codeine and almost died once because no one thought that was it. If you have these types of reactions to medication like me I strongly suggest you NOT try Stacker 3 e free. I took them for 1 1/5 day and by the end of the 1/5 day I was so hot that I had to take an ice bath and I was vomiting the rest of the night. I was even vomiting the next morning, after you would think the stuff had left my system. If you usually handle meds okay though, it does increase your energy level and keep you from wanting to eat so much. But BEWARE...

Stacker 3 July 02, 2006
Reviewer: Liz in the Carribbean from Bahamas

My nephew 21 years started taking this product. He developed hives all over, fever, joint pains. I took him to the ER two days later, his liver enzymes were high. He had to get a $700 liver scan, IV and have to be followed up by the doctor. He is not out of the woods yet. Hepatitis, A, B, C, D, and E was ruled out. They suggest that it was drug induced Hepatitis. I feel that person taking this drug should be careful. Want a great body? eat and exercise. I hope this doesn't leave him with long term problems. We have to watch his progress for improvement.

Stacker XL - allergic reaction March 17, 2006
Reviewer: NBB from New Jersey

I was in the hospital after taking the "yellow" pills, for 1 week. I had hives the size of large tumors or portebello mushrooms all over my body: arms, stomach, neck, face, breasts, thighs, rear-end, feet, hands, and everywhere else. I was put on prednisone, zertec and pedcid. I was unable to go to work for 2 days, and still feel the affects of it.

I believe I will walk for exercise and watch what I eat.

zantrex 3 March 13, 2006
Reviewer: Kat from USA

I have taken xenadrine and stacker in the past- no problems with side effects ever!... I recently purchased Zantrex 3- I took one (the serving is two capsules). Within 5 minutes I was having a very frightening reaction. My skin was burning and read- especially my face and arms, then legs. I was itchy everywhere and it wasnt't energizing whatsoever. I called the number on the box and the first person that answered casually said I need to go to the ER immediately. I called back and then the 2nd operator told me that apparently I was experiencing a "niacin flush". Well first of all this wasnt listed on the box. I am actually thankful for this experience. I am returning the bottle of Zantrex and I am never taking any of this BS that we are led to believe we need. I can't believe I am still buying into this freakin' obsession with pills, for energy of all things. I feel fortunate that it didn't kill me.

Stacker 2 Original Ephedra February 23, 2005
Reviewer: Pete from Canada

Any supplement based on the ECA stack works wonders. It will suppress your appetite and create a powerful thermogenic effect that will put your body in overdrive on normal conditions. Like driving a truck to buy groceries. You will accomplish the same task but burn a lot more fuel than with a compact vehicle. That excess fuel is the fat that you have to burn. With Stacker 2, you will get the basic ECA stack. You can do a yahoo search for "stacker 2" to find the product ranked number 1. See for yourself.

really worked-at a price February 10, 2005
Reviewer: Shannon Schoffstall from Eastern Shore, MD USA

Stacker3 w/ ephedra worked great for me. I ate less and didn't even miss it!! When I did eat, I pretty much what I wanted. I had tons of energy, and I only took 2 pills a day. I lost about 20lbs and kept it off as long as I stayed on the regimen, but I had a really hard time sleeping. Sometimes staying up all night. I would get shaky sometimes, and, as soom as I stopped taking them I gained most of the weight back.
